OBSERVATION AND ASSESSMENT SERVICES
CHILD ASSESSMENT
This service provides an assessment of your child’s learning profile to identify any underlying learning difficulties or disabilities that may be affecting their progress. Through observation, interview, structured tasks and activities, I gain a basic understanding of your child’s cognitive, academic, emotional and developmental strengths and challenges. This process is not diagnostic in nature but built to give caregivers and educators a deeper understanding of what a child may be struggling with. A document of assessment findings is also provided which includes professional recommendations for next steps, further supports, and referrals.
Includes: a 30–45 minute assessment with the child; a meeting with caregivers/educators; review of any schoolwork, testing, or assessments provided; and written documentation of findings.

CLASSROOM OBSERVATION:
This service provides an impartial observation of the child in the daycare or classroom setting. Stephanie records only what is directly seen and heard, without interpretation, judgment, or analysis. The final report offers a factual, moment-by-moment account of behaviors, interactions, and environmental factors to support ongoing collaboration.
1 Hour - $165
2 Hour - $220
All observations include a charge for travel:

Add 1 hour meeting to discuss observations with caregivers or educators: $80
Workshop
$300 (1 hr) or $400 (2 hours) + mileage where necessary.
There are so many topics we can workshop with your entire team. These can be conducted via zoom or on site. Mileage for travel will be invoiced after the booking.

Behavior Support SERVICES
FOUNDATIONS: Intake Session $120
This 1 hour session establishes you with our practice. Once you have completed a Foundations session, all further sessions are priced below.
MOMENTUM: Follow-up Sessions

WRITTEN PLAN $85
May be added onto any session. Plans are written guides that walk educators through the behaviors they are facing, offering detailed explanations of practical tools and helpful language they can use in the moment.
